Starting today, development team Moon Punch Studio and publisher Toplitz Productions proudly open the Early Access doors to the hotly anticipated genre-blend Wild West Dynasty. Mixing story-driven action adventure with an open world sandbox, a deep, yet intuitive city builder, resource management and roleplaying game, you are invited to experience the fight for survival in the harsh world of the wild frontier in the American west in the 19th century.

Wild West Dynasty is available now in Early Access on Steam, GOG.com and in the Epic Games Store where players can get their ticket to conquer the Wild West with a special launch discount of 20% on the SRP of 24,99 EUR / 26,99 USD / 22,99 GBP.In addition to the main game there will be three special Editions available: 

  • The “Settler’s Guide to the Wild West”, a collection of three digital books connected to the game (Game Compendium, Cookbook and Wild West Architect).
  • The Digital Supporter Edition with added extras like the Original Soundtrack with 20 atmospheric tracks of the game, Wallpapers and an exclusive Novel.

Game Development World Championship announces The Brainwave Award!

Welcome to a new category that highlights new technologies for game development and improves player experience!

Espoo, Finland – January 19th 2023 – Game Development World Championship (GDWC) announces a brand new category to its already ongoing World Championship, The Brainwave Award, which highlights new technologies for game development and improves player experience. The category winner is selected by measuring player experience with brainwave scanning technology developed by Brainamics. The Brainwave Award is presented in collaboration with Brainamics and The Game Development World Championship.

The Brainwave Award category is open for all games participating in the GDWC 2022. GDWC will nominate five games to compete for the prize.

Finnish Army Simulator launches in Early Access, giving players a chance to experience life in the army during conscription service.

The Finnish Army Simulator PC game, developed by Please Be Patient Ltd., launches in Early Access on January 13th, 2023. Players will be able to experience life in the army during conscription service, focusing on the atmosphere and daily routine in the army which includes immature humor and silly, repetitive tasks as well as gamified mechanics of actual army training.

Everdream Valley wins the Game of the Year title

The sixth season of the Nordic Game Discovery Contest came to a rousing close this November with a Baltic finale during the Game Wave Festival in Tallinn, Estonia.

Tallinn, Estonia – December 21, 2022 – Everdream Valley, developed by a Polish developer Mooneaters, outshined their on-stage competitors and won the Game of the Year title at this year’s NGDC Season VI Grand Finals at Game Wave Festival! The beautiful game brings a nostalgic feeling of childhood adventures on the grandparents’ farm and helps you relive the times when the summer holidays were an amazing adventure! 


“We love working on Everdream Valley because we are creating a beautiful and magical world based on our childhood memories and adventures. We bring to life the sounds and sights of the Polish (and not only) countryside. However, it’s still hard work that we have been doing continuously for more than two years. The sixth season of the Nordic Game Discovery Contest came to a rousing close this November with a Baltic finale during the Game Wave Festivalin Tallinn, Estonia. Broadcast live before a cheering audience, NGDC Grand Final pitted this season’s Final Three teams and their games against each other on the main stage of the Game Wave Festival, following twelve months of qualifiers and grand final selection.
